The Northeast Community Challenge Coalition(NECC) is the longest standing community prevention coalition in the State of Ohio, founded in 1983. The mission of the NECC is to mobilize all sectors of the community to work collaboratively in promoting healthy lifestyles for a healthy community, positive community values and positive youth development.
